Another delicious Anglo-Indian dish.
Anglo-Indian style, Chicken Pepper Fry can have many flavour variations depending on the region where it’s prepared. Primarily you’ll find it in the south of India, where black pepper is the king of spices, but in this recipe bell peppers play an important role, gives silky texture and sweetish taste with the pinch of pungency makes this recipe a unique one.

Looks delicious Dan. Are you going to bring out a cookbook on this series?
Thanks for the comment, Dave. You can’t go wrong with Anglo-Indian food. Currently wading through the mound of information, but plans in place for more than one book publication (not just on food).
Look forward to hearing about them Dan 🙂
