It’s almost a month since Bonfire Night was celebrated on 5th November, but this caught my eye (or my ear) and got me thinking about memories – very relevant to the Anglo-Indian Project – bonfire night (‘penny for the guy’ in particular) was a major part of my childhood.
Was this something experienced elsewhere by anyone in the Anglo-Indian community?
