Brilliant video Dan and thanks for sharing. I would imagine even if the food wasn’t your taste just watching them prepare it would be an experience. Do you know of anything like this over here in the UK? (I know it wouldn’t be the same, but just trying the street food experience).

Not as authentic as the real deal on the streets of India, but delicious nonetheless. Best Indian food in London is Dishoom: http://www.dishoom.com/ Bombay cafe style, not street food, but the best in London!
